2020 MortgageSAT Best-in-Class Lender Awards

The MortgageSAT Best-in-Class Lender Awards recognize only those MortgageSAT lenders who have received outstanding ratings from the customers they served in 2020.

Award qualifications are based on the previous year’s results and scores from surveys conducted by MortgageSAT after a loan closes. To qualify for a Best-in-Class award, a lender must provide exemplary service to their borrowers throughout the year, resulting in the highest satisfaction score of a given category. Participants are grouped by size and specialty, with top performers recognized in each group.
